Essential Labour Law Poster Pack
The Essential Labour Law posters or wall charts are a summary of prescribed workplace legislation. They should be displayed where they could be seen by all employees and employers in order to create an awareness of legislation.
Companies are obligated to display two Act summaries.
This Essential Labour Law Poster Pack provides both the “Summary of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (Act 75 of 1997)” as well as the “Summary of the Employment Equity Act (Act 55 of 1998)” in their prescribed format.
