BCEA 1A – Basic Conditions of Employment Act – Summary Poster
Section 30 of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act requires all employers to display the employee’s rights, at the workplace. It must be in the prescribed form (Regulation 2 – BCEA 1A) (Poster) and displayed in the official languages spoken by employees at the workplace. The poster must be displayed by all companies in South Africa (Compulsory)
