1. Introduction

Estome Publications Terms of Service and License Agreement.

This website is operated by iThemba neQiniso Group (Pty) Ltd, trading as Estome Publications. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to iThemba neQiniso Group (Pty) Ltd, who offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”, “Terms of Service and License Agreement”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

These Terms of Service do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008).

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

If you are a representative of a business or enterprise: In consideration for your agreement to these Terms of Service and your payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable license to access and make use of the site, Services, and Products solely for your internal business purposes.
Copying and Resale of PDF Files: The purchase of any PDF file from Estome Publications grants the buyer a single-user license. Unauthorized duplication, distribution, or resale of the PDF file, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. Bulk licence’s are available at discounted prices, by contacting info@estome.co.za. Violation of this clause may result in legal action.

8. Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
